      Usage - Team Users

      Login to Claudio by Loom Analytics. Complete mandatory MFA if prompted during login. Learn more about our mandatory MFA policy.

       

      Once logged in, navigate to the dashboard and click on the gear icon located at the top right corner. Select 'Usage' to access usage details for the current User or Team User.

       

      To view usage for a specific job, click on its Job ID or Job Name. All completed transcripts will be accessible from there. Metrics such as Cost, Rate, Date, etc., will be available under usage per transcription.

       

      Note: If there is a large amount of usage data, you can filter specific information using the filter or calendar options.
