Mandatory - Multi Factor Authentication

NOTE: Even as a trial user, you need to complete this mandatory authentication for the highest level of security measures.

Visit https://app.loomclaudio.com/claudioca/login and enter your credentials to log in.

Upon successful login, you'll be prompted to set up Multi-Factor Authentication. Fill in the required details and select "Send Auth Code."

Check your phone for the six-digit authorization code sent via SMS. Enter this code on the website to verify and activate MFA.

Navigate to your user profile by clicking on profile at the top right corner. Go to the 'Security' section to review your MFA setup details.

To update your MFA settings, stay on the 'Security' tab. Enter the new phone number or other updated details and click "Send Auth Code."

You'll receive a new six-digit code on your updated phone number. Enter this code in the provided field and click "Submit" to confirm the changes.
