Usage - Team Administrators

Learn more about our mandatory MFA policy.

Once logged in, navigate to the dashboard and click on the gear icon located at the top-right corner. Select "Usage" to access usage details for the current Team Admin and all users reporting to them.

To view usage for a specific team member, click on their username. All completed transcripts will be accessible from there. Metrics such as Cost, Rate, Date, etc... will be available under usage per transcript.

Note: If there is a large amount of usage data, you can filter specific information using the filter or calendar options.
