How do I access my finished transcript?

This article will provide a brief overview on how to access your finished transcript either within Claudio or your Email.

After you submit a file through Claudio, you will receive an email telling you that the job is in progress.

Once the job is completed, you will receive an email informing you that the completed transcript is available in your account, along with a link to the job in your Claudio account.  Clicking on the link will take you to the Job Summary page where you can download the completed Claudio transcript.

You can also check the progress through your Usage Report.  Find the job name in the list and click on it to access the Job Summary page.
