How do I access my finished transcript?

This article will provide a brief overview on how to access your finished transcript either within Claudio or your Email.

After submitting a file through Claudio, you will receive an email confirming that your job is in progress.

Once the transcription is complete, you will receive another email notifying you that the completed transcript is available in your account. This email will include a link to the job in Claudio. Clicking the link will take you to the Job Summary page, where you can download the completed transcript.

To manually access the Job Summary page, log in to Claudio and click the History tab in the navigation bar. From the list of jobs, select your completed job to view its summary page.
