      Because we focus specifically on the enterprise markets, we appreciate the security requirements you are referring to, including medical records, private proceedings, and those with publication bans.

      The audios or videos submitted by our clients go through Claudio's automated pipeline and in the end a transcript of the audio or video is produced. (Provided the video has audible sound)

      NOTE: For clients that require the audio to be deleted immediately after processing the request, this option is available as an account setting, and you have the ability to delete the processed transcript as well once you have downloaded it.
