The regulatory implications of using Loom Analytics

This service would be similar to using MS Word for producing your transcripts where you use spell-check and auto-correct. Loom Analytics is a separate piece of technology that you can use in the production of your transcripts.

The audios or videos submitted by our clients go through Loom Analytics' automated pipeline, and in the end, a transcript of the audio or video is produced (provided the video has audible sound)

NOTE: For clients that require the audio to be deleted immediately after processing the request, this option is available as an account setting, and you also have the ability to delete the processed transcript once you have downloaded it.
