Replacing a Profile's Default Template With Updated One

Learn how to replace your custom profile's default template with another one.

  1. Log in to your Claudio Account.
  2. Click the gear icon in the top-right corner.
  3. Select Profile to view all profiles linked to your account.
  4. Click on your custom profile
  5. Note: You’ll need a custom profile to upload or update a template.
    If you don’t have one yet, learn how to create your custom profile here.
  6. In your profile settings, click on the Profile Template tab.
  7. Click Replace File — a window will appear.
  8. Browse your computer for your template file, select it, and click Open.
  9. Finally, click Update in the top-right corner to upload your new template to your profile.

IMPORTANT NOTE: All placeholders are indicated in brackets. Those placeholders are required for Claudio's workflows to know where to insert the information from its speech and document engines.  You can move those placeholders to where you want the information to be inserted.
