Replacing a Profile's Default Template With Another One
Learn how to replace your custom profile's default template with another one.
- In Claudio, click on the Gear icon in the top right of the menu bar, then click "Profile".
- In the Profile Overview page, click on the profile that you want to edit. You'll be taken to its profile editor page.
- Scroll down to the "Templates" module.
- If you want to edit the current template, click on the "Download" button to download the template, make the required changes, and click the "Replace File" button to upload the updated template.
- If you already have your own document that you want to use as a template in your profile, download the current template, copy the {{TRANSCRIPT}} placeholder into your document at the location you want the transcript to be inserted.
- Upload the new template from your file explorer.
- Scroll back to the top and click "Update".
IMPORTANT NOTE: All placeholders are indicated in {{ }} brackets. Those placeholders are required for Claudio's workflows to know where to insert the information from its speech and document engines. You can move those placeholders to where you want the information to be inserted, but you should not be rewording any of the placeholder values in the {{ }} brackets.
