New IME Workflow Profile

Medico-legal/insurance reports require more than just transcribing dictations; they involve extracting critical data from medical reports, statutory forms, letters of intent, and other source documents.

This is why we're introducing Claudio IME, a brand new workflow that not only transcribes audio files but also extracts relevant information from extensive source documents into customizable IME reports.

Why is this important?

When a doctor needs to provide a comprehensive medical report for a workplace injury, their admin typically transcribes their dictation and extracts relevant information from documents like Letters of Intent, clinical records, and regulatory forms. This process is always time-consuming and labour-intensive.

Claudio IME can transcribe audio and process a 500-page file in minutes -- pulling out key details, creating a document review list, identifying questions for assessments, and then automatically inserting and formatting the information into customizable IME report templates. These are tasks that would typically take hours of non-billable admin time.

Using Claudio IME, you'll see a 70%-80% reduction in report production time as well as a significant boost to your efficiency, accuracy, and cost reduction.

Each client's profile in Claudio IME has customizable templates, ensuring that all necessary data fields are extracted and formatted correctly in the final report. Any extra information not found in the audio files or supporting documents can be manually entered through the job data request form within the Claudio IME workflow. This includes details like:

  • medical specialists,
  • specialist shorthand credentials,
  • specialist bios,
  • and more.

Using this information, Claudio will generate the typical .docm file with the full transcript of your audio file as well as generate an IME report with your auto-extracted and manually uploaded information already inserted and formatted.
