Multiple File Download for Claudio IME (Claudio Australia)

• Please log in to the Claudio Australia platform and enter the MFA code received on your phone or email. Know more about our mandatory MFA policy.
• From the top bar, select 'Claudio IME' and you'll get a data form to submit your job. Fill in all the relevant details specific to your job, ensuring to include the job name which is mandatory.
   
  
• Once all necessary job details are provided, proceed to upload both an audio file and a document. You can select smart formatting options based on your preferences. For instance, if your audio involves multiple speakers, enable the 'Speaker Label' option.

• Review all fields carefully and click 'Submit' to initiate the transcription process. Upon successful submission, you can monitor the job status in the 'History' tab, where it will appear as 'In progress' initially.
  
  
  
  
• After the transcription is complete, access your job summary to choose and download your preferred type of transcript. If you need to download all transcripts at once, navigate back to the history page and click on the download button under 'Claudio Transcript' for your job.
