How to Set Up Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) on Your Claudio Account

WARNING: Do keep in mind that creating an account using this method means your account will be in trial mode meaning your file uploads are limited to 30 minutes, until your first payment.

 

Access the Sign Up Page:

Visit the Claudio Login page and click on the "Sign Up" button.

Enter Your Details:

Fill in the required information in the designated fields on the Sign Up page. This typically includes your name, email address, and a secure password of your choice.

Confirmation and Email:

After clicking "Sign Up," you'll see a success message confirming your registration. Additionally, check your email inbox for a message from us containing an activation link.

Activate Your Account:

Click on the activation link in the email. This will redirect you to a page where you'll need to provide some additional details to finalize your sign-up. As an added layer of security, you'll be prompted to enter your phone number along with the country code. After submitting your phone number, you'll receive a six-digit code via text message.

Finish Sign Up:

Enter the six-digit code you received into the authentication field on the page to complete the Multi-Factor Authentication process. Once you've entered the correct code, your sign-up process will be complete.

Note: Every time you log in, an authorization code is required. However, if you close the browser window without logging out, you can return to Claudio Web later without needing to log in again. In this case, the system will not prompt you for an authorization code.

Please note that the system will automatically log you out at least once every 30 days, after which you will need to log back in and enter the authorization code.
