      To customize your hotkeys, click the button highlighted in red below:

      When the above pop-up shows up, DELETE ALL HOTKEYS FOR CHANNEL 1 – CHANNEL 8 ACTION. This will make sure that you do not accidentally mute a channel.

      You may customize the rest of the hotkeys however you wish.
