      How Do I Activate My Claudio Desktop Account?

      This article provides a step-by-step guide on how to activate your Claudio Desktop account and start using the app.

      Step 1. Add Your Device in Claudio Web

      Before activating Claudio Desktop:

      1. Log in to your Claudio Web account.
      2. Navigate to the Devices section.
      3. Click Add Device and provide the necessary details for the new device.

      Step 2. Download and Install Claudio Desktop

      1. Visit the Claudio Desktop download page in Claudio Web.
      2. Download the setup file to your computer.
      3. Install the application by following the on-screen instructions:
        • Accept the License Agreement.
        • Choose installation preferences (e.g., for all users or a single user).
        • Click Install and wait for the process to complete.

      Step 3. Activate Claudio Desktop

      1. Open the Claudio Desktop application on your computer.
      2. Log in using your Claudio Web credentials.
      3. When prompted, enter the activation code provided during the device setup process in Claudio Web.

      Step 4. Add Funds to Claudio Desktop

      To start submitting jobs:

      1. Log in to Claudio Web and go to the Billing or Add Funds section.
      2. Complete the payment process.
      3. You’ll receive a payment code via email after completing the transaction.

      Step 5. Enter the Payment Code on Claudio Desktop

      1. Open the Claudio Desktop application and navigate to the Payment section in Settings.
      2. Enter the payment code sent to your email.
      3. Your available funds will update, allowing you to submit transcription jobs.

      Once activated and funded, Claudio Desktop is ready for use. You can:

      • Upload audio or video files.
      • Select from various transcription profiles.
