How do I activate my Claudio Account?

This article will provide a brief step-by-step guide on how to activate your Claudio account.

To activate your Claudio account, you'll need to complete the registration process. Click here to find detailed instructions on how to register for Claudio.

After registering for Claudio, you should have received an activation link at the email address you provided during the registration process.

Step 1. Check Your Email: Click on the activation link sent to your email. This will take you to the Claudio account activation form.


Step 2. Create a Password: Choose a strong password and re-enter it in the "Confirm Password" field.

Step 3. Referral Code: If you have a referral code, enter it here.

NOTE:  Referral code is optional and sign up can be completed without it.

 

 

Step 4. Set Up Two-Factor Authentication:
   - Select your country code from the dropdown menu.
   - Enter your phone number and click "Submit."

Step 5. Receive Authentication Code: You'll get a 6-digit code sent to your phone. If you don’t receive it, click "Resend Auth Code."

Note: You will receive a 6-digit authentication code via email if your team settings are configured to receive codes to the email registered with Claudio.


Step 6. Submit the Code: Enter the received authentication code and click "Submit."

Note: As a non-trial user, you’ll be redirected to the Claudio dashboard, where you can access all the features without any limitations.
