How do I access admin features on Claudio?

Step 1: Access Loom Claudio Login
Navigate to the Loom Claudio Login Page.

Step 2: Enter Your Credentials
Provide your username and password associated with your admin account.

 

Step 3: Verify Your Identity
Check your registered email or phone for a six-character verification code.
Enter the code into the Authorization Code field on the login page and click 'Verify'.
If you haven't received the code, click on 'Resend Authorization Code'.

 

Step 4: Access the Loom Claudio Dashboard
Upon successful login, you will be directed to the Loom Claudio dashboard.
Here, you'll find all the necessary features and tools for managing your team or enterprise.

 

Step 5: Navigate to Admin Features
Locate the gear icon at the top-right corner of the screen and click on it.
The first option you'll see is 'Users'. Click on it to manage users within your team.
You can add new users to your team.
View a list of all users under your team.
Click on any username or email to access detailed user information.
As an admin, you can also lock users if necessary.

NOTE: Only the team administrator has the authority to lock or unlock users and access detailed information about other users. Regular team members or users do not have the necessary privileges to perform these actions.

 

Step 6: Accessing API Integration Information
The second option on the gear icon menu is 'API'. Click here to manage Claudio API integration information.

 

Step 7: Check Usage Information
The third option on the gear icon menu is 'Usage'. This section allows you to view Claudio usage details for team members and admins.
