I have forgotten my password. How do I reset it?

Step 1: Access the Claudio Login Page
Open your web browser and navigate to the Claudio Login Page.

Step 2: Navigate to the Password Reset Page
Below the 'Login' button, click on the 'Forgot Password?' link.

Step 3: Verify Your Identity
You will be redirected to the Reset Password page.
Enter your username, which is your registered email address used for Claudio, and click 'Submit'.

Step 4: Enter the Authorization Code and Set a New Password
Check your registered email or phone for a six-digit verification code.
Enter the code in the provided field on the Reset Password page.
Create a new password and confirm it by entering it again.

NOTE: Password should be at least 8 characters in length, with at least 1 upper case alphabet, 1 lower case alphabet, 1 number, 1 special character and no white spaces.

Step 5: Complete the Password Reset
Once all required information is filled out, click on the 'Reset' button.
If all details are correct, you will be redirected to the Claudio Login Page confirming your password has been reset successfully.

Step 6: Login with Your New Password
Return to the Claudio Login Page.
Enter your username (email address) and newly reset password to access your account.
