Expand Spoken Contractions

This profile flags describes about expanding the contracted words with apostrophes such as can't ,don't, weren't.

When expand Spoken Contraction are used 

Example:

Input: I don't want to create a new file just to see if it's going to work or not.

Output: I do not want to create  new file just to see if it's going to work or not

(Don't is expanded to do not but it's not converted to anything as it is expanded as in several ways such as it is or it was or it has.)
