FAQ
Can I turn-off source text in my transcript?
Claudio offers a Grammar Ready feature that automatically corrects grammar in your transcripts. When you set Grammar Ready to "Fix Grammar Errors" in the Smart Formatting form, both the original (source) text and the corrected text are generated.
If you only need the grammar-corrected text without the source transcript, you can adjust your profile settings to exclude the source text.
Note: This option is available to Team Administrators.
Steps to Exclude Source Transcript:
Log in to Claudio: Open any web browser and log in to your account.
Access Profile Settings: Click the gear icon in the top-right corner and select Profile.
Choose Profile: You'll see a list of profiles. Select the profile you want to modify.
Edit Language Settings: In the profile settings, navigate to the Language Setting section.
Display Verbatim Transcript: Find the Display Verbatim Transcript option.
- Display Source Transcript.
- Do Not Display Source Transcript.
Save Changes: After selecting Do Not Display Source Transcript, click Update at the top-right of the page.
Now, when you submit a job using this profile, the transcript will contain only the grammar-corrected text, with the source text excluded.
