Setup and Logging Into Loom Analytics Mobile

Setup and Login

• Download and install Loom Analytics Mobile from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).
  
  
• Log in using your Loom Analytics Web credentials (email, password, region).
  
  
• Complete optional multi-factor authentication (MFA) if prompted.
  
• Once logged in, access the Dashboard to start submitting jobs immediately.
  
  
• What if my account gets locked?
  Contact admin.

Note: An internet connection is required for initial login and during job submissions.

Resetting Your Password

If you forgot your password or need to reset it:

• On the Loom Analytics Mobile Login page, tap the "Forgot Password" button.
  
  
• You will be redirected to the Loom Analytics Web Login page
  
  
• On the website:
  
  
  • Click Forgot Password under the login fields.
    
    
  • Enter your registered email address.
    
    
  • Check your email inbox for a password reset link.
    
    
  • Follow the instructions to set a new password.
    
    

Note:
Password resets must be done on the Loom Analytics Web platform.
You cannot reset your password directly inside the mobile app.

Signing Up for Loom Analytics

To activate your Loom Analytics account, you'll need to complete the registration process. Click here to find detailed instructions on how to register for Loom Analytics.

If you do not have a Loom Analytics account:

• On the Loom Analytics Mobile Login page, tap the "Sign Up" button.
  
  
• You will be redirected to the Loom Analytics Web Registration page:
  
  
• On the website:
  
  
  • Select your Region (Canada, USA, UK, Australia).
    
    
  • Fill out your email address, create a password, and complete the registration form.
