Setup and Logging into Claudio Mobile
This article will guide you through the basics of Setup and Logging into Claudio Mobile application.
Setup and Login
- Download and install Claudio Mobile from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).
- Log in using your Claudio Web credentials (email, password, region).
- Complete optional multi-factor authentication (MFA) if prompted.
- Once logged in, access the Dashboard to start submitting jobs immediately.
- What if my account gets locked?
Contact admin.
Note: An internet connection is required for initial login and during job submissions.
Resetting Your Password
If you forgot your password or need to reset it:
- On the Claudio Mobile Login page, tap the "Forgot Password" button.
- You will be redirected to the Claudio Web Login page
- On the website:
- Click Forgot Password under the login fields.
- Enter your registered email address.
- Check your email inbox for a password reset link.
- Follow the instructions to set a new password.
- Click Forgot Password under the login fields.
Note:
Password resets must be done on the Claudio Web platform.
You cannot reset your password directly inside the mobile app.
Signing Up for Claudio
To activate your Claudio account, you'll need to complete the registration process. Click here to find detailed instructions on how to register for Claudio.
If you do not have a Claudio account:
- On the Claudio Mobile Login page, tap the "Sign Up" button.
- You will be redirected to the Claudio Web Registration page:
- On the website:
- Select your Region (Canada, USA, UK, Australia).
- Fill out your email address, create a password, and complete the registration form.
- Select your Region (Canada, USA, UK, Australia).
