How can I request a translated transcript to or from English?
This article shows you how to use Claudio to get a transcript in English and also receive a translated version in another language.
Steps to Follow:

Log in to Claudio via Loom Analytics.

On the Home page, navigate to Quickstart.

Select the Multilingual Transcription & Translation profile.

Choose your Source Language, then select the Translate To language(s).
Note:
-
If your source language is not English, the transcript can only be translated into English.

If your source language is English, you can select up to five target languages for translation.

Upload your media file.

Set your preferred Smart Formatting options by selecting them at the bottom left of the screen. You can learn more about Smart Formatting here.

Once everything is configured, click Submit.
Note: If you do not wish to translate, simply select your Source Language and proceed to submit the job.
Job Summary:
- In the History section of Claudio, your job will initially appear with an "In Progress" status.
- Once processing is complete, the status will change to "Completed", and you’ll be able to view the full Job Summary.
- The Job Summary will include Transcript Preview, The Source Media File, Transcripts in both the source language and the translated language(s), Media Length, Submitted Date, etc.
Click on any transcript file to download it directly.
