TimeSync Playback on Loom Analytics Web

TimeSync Playback allows for you to play your uploaded media file while the corresponding text is highlighted in real time, perfectly synced with the playback.

It’s particularly useful when reviewing or editing transcripts (e.g., if you want to verify accuracy or check for any missing parts). You can jump to any point in the media simply by selecting a specific phrase in the transcript.

Steps to Access TimeSync Playback

1. Submit Your Media File for Transcription

• Log in to Loom Analytics.
• Select your preferred profile under Quick Start.
• Choose the relevant Smart Formatting options.
• Click Submit to begin the transcription process.
  
  
  
  

2. Access TimeSync Playback

• Once the transcript is complete, navigate to the History section.
• Open the Job Summary for your completed job.
• Click on Transcript Preview.
  
  

You’ll now see the TimeSync Playback here. When you click the Play button, your media file will start playing, and the corresponding text in the transcript will be highlighted in real time as the audio progresses. 
You can also click on any phrase in the transcript, and the audio will jump directly to that point.
