This will open the **Control Panel**. If prompted, enter your **administrator credentials** to proceed. 6. You will need an active internet connection for this. 7. Click **"Next"**, then select **"Sync"**. 8. The **uninstallation process** will begin. 12. After installation is complete, **open Loom Analytics Desktop - Hermit** and **log in** using your credentials. 2. You will be prompted to enter an **activation code**. 3. Open **Loom Analytics Web** and navigate to the **"Desktop"** tab. 4. Find your **device name** in the list. 5. A new activation code would have been generated. **Copy** the code. 6. Return to the Loom Analytics Desktop - Hermit app and **paste** the activation code into the activation screen. 7.
