How can I set up or modify the data retention period for my account?

This article will briefly summarize how to modify the data retention period in Claudio Web. 

Please follow the steps below to update the Data Retention settings for your account:

Step 1: Log in to your Loom Analytics account.

Step 2: Navigate to Account Settings located on the top right-hand corner.

Step 3: Open the Security section.

Step 4: Under Data Retention, select your preferred retention period.

Step 5: Click Apply Changes to save the updated settings.
