How can I delete the data associated with my job?

This article highlights how to use the 'Delete Media' button within the Job Summary page on Claudio.

Once a job is completed, you can view its details under the History tab.



Each listed job includes a comprehensive summary, which can be accessed by clicking on the job entry. The summary includes the uploaded media file, the generated transcript file, and any sub track files (if it was enabled in Smart Format before job submission).



Within this Job Summary page, you'll find a 'Delete Media' button located on the right-hand side, just below the Refresh button.

Clicking this button will prompt a confirmation pop-up to verify your intent to delete the associated data.


Upon confirmation, the following data will be permanently deleted from all the environments of Loom Analytics:

• Uploaded media file
• Transcript preview
• Final transcript document
• Any sub track files
